"Nurturing a Diversity Sensitive Learning Environment Through a Strengths Perspective"

Leaders play a vital role in using their influence and strengths to create a collaborative culture. Strengths influence the way we think, communicate, and learn. Participants in this session will explore ways that the personal strengths of students and values of a faith-based institution can be considered to nurture a diversity  learning environment.
