We welcome you to join us for a discussion with Dr. Currah from Apple on Jan. 15th. Dr. Currah is a Higher Education Development Executive with Apple Inc, where he provides strategic thought leadership around the transformation of teaching and learning with digital content and mobile technology. Based in San Diego, he works with higher education institutions across the US. Prior to joining Apple, Andrew served as faculty in the Center for the Environment, University of Oxford, with parallel appointments in the Oxford Internet Institute and the Oxford Reuters Institute of Journalism. He holds an MA, MPhil and Ph.D. from Downing College, University of Cambridge, England.

In this talk, Dr Currah will explore the intersection of content, technology and pedagogy with a view to defining strategies for the use of iPad in the classroom and the curriculum more broadly. There will be a mix of presentation, hands on activity and group discussion. You do not need to have an iPad in order to participate.
