Workshop Focus

This workshop will focus on building

high-performing teams and the opportunities

and challenges great teams face.

Participants will explore the importance of

playing diverse roles as leaders, leading

with grace, and the critical ingredient of

trust. This workshop will draw on the latest

field research and executive consulting

lessons from Patrick Lencioni, author of The

Advantage, The Five Dysfunctions of a

Team, and Death by Meeting.

 

An information session about the MA and EdD

programs in Educational Leadership will

conclude the event.
