Given the changes in the publishing world in recent years, many editors and writers must be increasingly entrepreneurial in their approach to their fields. This speaker series is hosted by the ENGL568 Writing for Religious Audiences course, which is part of the new M.A. in English program at APU.

All are welcome to attend these free talks, which will include time for questions.

Kathy Ide is the founder and coordinator of The Christian PEN: Proofreaders and Editors Network (www.TheChristianPEN.com) and the Christian Editor Connection (www.ChristianEditor.com). She is also a full-time freelance editor, working with aspiring, new, and experienced authors as well as publishers. She speaks at writers conferences across the country and is the author of the book, Proofreading Secrets of Best-Selling Authors.
