The U.S. was the first nation to incorporate the concept of separation of church and state in its founding documents. This has led to a view of faith as a private, individual matter. The result can sometimes be a failure on the part of the church to advocate for victims of injustice or to engage our world & its social needs because Christians fail to recognize the spiritual nature of Christian service. Join us as we discuss the practical implications of being people whose pursuit of a deeply spiritual Christian faith also engages the world and its needs.
