Admission Requirements for BFA in Acting for the Stage and Screen:

Students interested in being considered for admission into the BFA in Acting for the Stage and Screen track in the Theater Department must indicate their desire on their application to the university. 

Admission to the university does not guarantee admission into the BFA. Applicants must audition to be accepted into the BFA in Acting track. Audition details are listed below.

Transfer students must audition as well. If the candidate is accepted they will enter the freshman or sophomore class. If a transfer student would like to maintain their junior status with out the required BFA courses, the candidate can enroll in our transfer cirriculum the summer prior to joining the junior class.

BFA Audition and Talent Scholarship Requirements:

    *Two contrasting monologues (1-2 minutes per monologue)

    *16 bars of a song. (sing a capella or bring a recorded accompanist)

     *Fill out audition form on slideroom (link below)

     *Bring picture and resume (optional)

Please submit video's to Slide Room by March 1st deadline
