The Azusa Pacific University Symphony Orchestra performs concerts with two esteemed APU faculty members: legendary horn player James Thatcher and international piano artist Eugene Alcalay. Thatcher performs Strauss' 1st Horn Concerto and Alcalay performs Beethoven's Choral Fantasy.
The program also features two brilliant 20th-century re-imaginings of Baroque music including a rare performance of Telemanniana by Hans Werner Henze.
