Co-author with Christian Smith of The Paradox of Generosity: Giving We Receive, Grasping We Lose (Oxford University Press), Davidson holds a Ph.D. in sociology from University of Notre Dame. Davidson will be addressing the spiritual practice of generosity from a social science perspective.
