“Successfully Navigating the Complexities of Ministry Life”

Chris Adams, PhD and Kevin Van Lant, PhD

What does “success” in ministry look like?  What are the markers?  The goals?  And, how does your overall health factor in?  Is it possible in our current culture and age to “finish well” in ministry?  Chris Adams and Kevin Van Lant want to help you examine these questions and more.  At this CIFT Counseling Pastors’ Event, we intend to explore the inherent stressors associated with ministry life as well as the importance of self-care, relational intelligence, healthy limit setting and clarity regarding your unique gifting, calling and purpose.  Ministry life can be isolating; however, we want you to know that you are not alone.  To that end, this event is geared towards connection; connecting you with God, your self, and others.  This event is free and each person in attendance will receive a book, courtesy of CIFT Counseling.
