Central Receiving

Central Receiving is responsible for traceable in-bound packages to the university.

Central Receiving is located on West Campus behind Heritage Court at the Loading Dock. View on campus map.

Current Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.


Central Receiving provides the following services to the university:

  • Two scheduled deliveries for departmental packages.
    We receive packages from UPS; DHL; USPS; FedEx Express, Ground, Freight, and Home Delivery; On-Trac (California Overnight); Yellow Freight; Office Max; Office Depot; and others.
  • Processing of package returns
    Please bring all returns to Central Receiving. Carriers will only pick up returns from the Central Receiving loading dock.

Should you need to track a delayed or missing package, please contact Central Receiving for assistance. We will need the carrier name and tracking number to assist you in locating your package. Please note: If your package was mailed via USPS and no form of tracking is available, unfortunately we cannot assist you with locating it.
