Financial Aid Application
To Apply for Financial Assistance
A Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form must be completed before the first night of class. Azusa Pacific University recommends filing the FAFSA over the Internet at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Filing an online FAFSA eliminates errors and expedites the awarding process. APU's Title IV code is 001117 for the FAFSA form.
From an analysis of these confidential forms, the amount of student income and assets that can be applied toward university costs is determined. The application will be considered for financial aid as soon as the student has been granted admission to the university.
Online Application for Financial Assistance
- Apply for a PIN code at www.pin.ed.gov. (The PIN acts as an electronic signature on the FAFSA as well as an identifier for other student-specific websites.)
- Complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
