Profile
Kelly Terrell, M.S., has gained excellent skills in small- and large-group facilitation, client communication, presentation, and technical writing through years of experience. Terrell traveled extensively throughout the world for 6 years while leading more than 40 communication support teams that provided a communications infrastructure for the U.S. President, his staff, and the U.S.S.S. She possesses highly developed skills in coaching and consultation to executives, managers, and supervisors in numerous topics including employee relations, interpersonal skill development, strategic planning, and goal setting. Terrell has co-facilitated large-scale organizational development, initiatives implementing service excellence in more than 12 healthcare facilities. She has extensive experience in conducting needs assessments, and developing and facilitating training for all levels in organization.
