Career Counselors

Career counselors are available to assist you with making decisions and learning about a wide range of topics, including:

  • Choosing or changing your major
  • Locating an internship or job
  • Graduate school options
  • Taking an assessment
  • Résumé writing and reviewing
    (Résumé reviews are also offered on an appointment or drop-in basis during specific, posted hours throughout the fall and spring semester.)
  • Mock interviewing
  • Job search strategies
  • Exploring occupations
  • Exploring interests, values, and skills
  • Taking StrengthsFinder

Career counselors can advise current APU students and alumni free of charge and by appoinment. Services are available Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. by appointment only.
