Four Students Receive Servant Leadership Awards

The Servant Leadership Award identifies and recognizes four APU students nominated by faculty and staff for their roles as servant leaders. The program was established in collaboration with the Barney II Foundation and the Moore Foundation. Each student is awarded a $1,000 educational award, $500 of which is donated to a community agency of their choice. Each year, there are four possible categories. This year's recipients were:

Phil Brazell (Service within APU)

Lauren Metsig (Service in the Community)

Bethany Ulrich (Service through an Academic Course)

Rhoman Goyenechea (Service Internationally)
