Exercise Programs

Kids on the Move is a fun and energizing fitness program designed to help kindergarten through fifth grade boys and girls exercise their way toward a healthy lifestyle. Classes are taught by APU student instructors and focus on high energy and exciting workouts that help improve kids’ strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. APU student instructors work with Diana Rudulph, an assistant professor in APU’s Department of Exercise and Sports Science, to teach healthy habits in both nutrition and physical activity that lead to an overall healthy lifestyle.
