This course provides and introduction to basic concepts, principles, and methods of evaluation and research in leadership settings, focusing on the evaluation of a specific program. It addresses problem identification, research design, instrument development, data collection techniques, fundamental statistical tests, and interpretation of findings. Redesign of the program as a result of the evaluation may lead to development of the Capstone Project.
