Senior Seminar: Ethics in Physical Education and Sport (F, S) (3)

This course is designed to facilitate the integration of Christian faith and values with careers in physical education and sport. Biblical and theological themes relating to education and sport will provide the basis for discussion of ethical dilemmas facing professionals in these, and related, professions. Students will be challenged to develop personal strategies and philosophies for responding to ethical issues in their chosen careers. Meets the general studies senior seminar requirement. Prerequisites: senior standing, completion of the majority of the units required for God's Word and the Christian Response, and completion of the majority of course work in the major, and upper- division writing intensive course
