Some of you are preparing to graduate this Saturday coming. Congratulations! This marks the end of a long journey of hard work and sacrifice. Over the years of your program you have encountered many new people and experiences. Most of them you are thankful for and glad you made the connection. Some of them you wish you hadn't. May I encourage you -- whether you are graduating or not -- to embrace all of those. See them not as hindrances or distractions, but as building blocks that have shaped you and made you who you are today. God will use all of the experiences you have had to form you. If you trust God to be the architect of your life each one of these will be an important part of who you become. If you allow Christ to be in you and to design your life, you will fulfill every desire you may have as well as the goal we at APU have for you – to become what God has in mind for you. May God's Spirit be close to you this week.
If you have prayer requests, just send them to me and I'll be sure our Prayer Partners pray for you. And feel free to make contact with the Chaplain in your program if you would like to meet anytime.
Blessings and Congratulations,
