Profile
Richard Markley, Ph.D., has had a balanced career teaching and working for industry in the areas of mathematics, physics, and computer science. He is an information technology management professional with experience managing the design, implementation, and operations of secure global communications networks for NASA. His focus is to develop and apply computer technology to model and visualize physical processes, and help students learn how to integrate the use of modern technology into physics and engineering. He is committed to helping students prepare to make professional contributions in industry and education with Christian integrity.

Managed design, implementation, and operations of secure global communications networks, including infrastructure services such as firewalls, electronic mail, local networks, and wide area telecommunications for the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Conducted strategic planning, and identified problems, development cycles, and developed solutions in collaboration with IT professional staff
