Dr. Yamada has been involved in scientific pursuit since his freshman year in high school. Throughout this time his interest has been on how biological systems are controlled. This interdisciplinary focus has led him to a series of laboratories with specific focus ranging from intracellular reaction diffusion mechanisms, to forestry science, and much of what lies between. Dr. Yamada has concentrated on methodology, which has required a reasonable degree of expertise in scientific computing. His current focus on individualized therapeutic care is a logical integration of expertise in computation garnered during the last three decades, and his faith, which encourages him to treat each new person met as a unique creation, loved by God.
