Depending upon individual career goals, APU history majors can tailor the curriculum to focus more heavily on either history or political science coursework. History topics range from California history, to medieval Islam and Middle East, to enlightenment Europe. Political science courses cover everything from constitutional law, to classical political thought, to history and politics of the non-western world.
