Requirements
All cinematic arts production majors follow a group of core classes (listed below) that provide a deep understanding of the foundational principles of cinema. The core requirements are designed to guide students through developing, writing, producing, and evaluating critical and creative efforts. Students are also challenged to learn about the business aspects of film and television, and to broaden their understanding of the arts and industry through a study of the history of film and television.

^May be repeated up to a maximum of 6 units. Only 3 units count toward the major.
