Profile
John Hamilton, Ph.D., is a professor of Communication and Cinema and Broadcast Arts at Azusa Pacific University. Hamilton is a working film and television producer, and owner of Del Rey Communications in Los Angeles. His film productions include work on five continents for a variety of organizations, such as World Vision, Rotary International, and Awana. His feature film, Mary and Joe, has been seen internationally on cable and satellite television. In the last five years, Hamilton has been published in Film Literature Quarterly, the Journal of Libertarian Studies, and the Journal of the Christian Research Institute. He has presented papers at cinema research conferences, Christians in the Visual Arts, Austrian Scholars Conference, and Center for Cultural Leadership.
