Jonathon Marrs (Art '03) screened a film, With You, at the Experimental Film
Festival PDX in Portland, OR in May. With You is a collaborative film based on conceptual performances done by Jonathan Marrs and Josh Ferdaszewski. These actions are woven into a conversation, an effort to express and understand. The challenge of the film lies in the difficulty of using language to pinpoint a specific meaning; the experience resonates on an intuitive level beyond the surface of rational understanding. Jonathon is currently the Lead Photographer and Cinematographer for Atelier Pictures, based in Portland, OR.

Travis Novak (Art '07) is in a group exhibition, Boom 2012, a MFA Invitational
organized by Den Contemporary. Boom 2012 features traditional and non-traditional artwork by 90 MFA students who have recently graduated or are currently working out of colleges and universities in Southern California.

Cabrina Alviar's (MFA '12) MFA Thesis Exhibition, We Used To, was reviewed in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune. The article teaser begins with, "First gallery exhibit examines loss, memory".

Joe Milan (Art '04) is an User Experience (UX) Director for FTI Consulting. FTI is a global business advisory firm that provides mulitdisciplinary solutions to complex challenges and opportunities. Previously, Joe was an UX designer for software giant Microsoft.

Sam Guerrero's (Art '04) MFA Thesis Exhibition was reviewed in an article, "Aggression Masking Intimacy", published by the Portland State University newspaper, Vanguard. Sam's exhibition was featured in Portland's local radio, KBOO 91.9 in the segment "Art Focus".
