Windgate Workshop with Tim Scott

Posted: February 11, 2014

The Department of Art and Design is excited to announce another Windgate Workshop, Wet-Plate Collodial photography with Tim Scott.

This workshop is offered exclusively to art and design students and will expose and give the participants hands on experience working in one of the original 19th century photographic processes. With the popularity of digital technologies, photographers and designers are looking for other hands on techniques, which give wholly unique results. This workshop will open them up to new avenues to explore which will set them apart from other artists.

Tim Scott is a Los Angeles based creative director and photographer.  He has worked for top agencies in NYC with global and national brands.  He has a passion for large format wet plate photography.

This workshop is on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 from 12:30 - 6:20pm on the West Campus Lawn. RSVP is required and participants should wear clothes that could get stained.  All supplies will be provided.
