Azusa Pacific University has partnered with Screening for Mental Health, Inc. to provide current students with the opportunity to utilize their online screening program. Brief, anonymous screening questionnaires are available for the following issues:

Alcohol Use
Bipolar Disorder
Depression
Eating Disorders
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
