This course covers a theoretical approach to cellular and molecular biology, including ultra structure, cytology, metabolism, and molecular genetics. Laboratory emphasis is given to electron microscopy, centrifugation, and DNA and protein electrophoresis. Prerequisites: BIOL 220 and CHEM 151
