Kinesiology
Units: 3
This course examines structural and functional mechanics of human
movement through an in-depth study of kinesiological principles.
Techniques of posture and gait evaluation, as well as fundamentals of
body mechanics are included, along with the detection and correction
of basic musculoskeletal anomalies. A laboratory component is
included. Prerequisites: BIOL 115; or BIOL 250 and BIOL 251
