The curriculum focuses on decision making and controlling the allocations of personnel, materials, and machine utilization in a manufacturing environment. Handling and control of materials, inventory, purchasing, and quality control are addressed. Students also learn about setting standards and developing skills in estimating, forecasting, and scheduling. Prerequisite: BUSI 210 and B or higher in MATH 110
