Self-examination, change theory, and organizational culture are utilized in this course as lenses through which global leaders are examined as change agents. Each lens is assessed in light of implications for those involved in the change initiative. Special attention is focused on the transformational change that takes place for global leaders and followers when the call for change occurs. Application is made to non-Western organizations, informal networks, temporary situations, and other social contexts. This course is currently delivered only in hybrid modality.
