Contemporary Christian Ministry

This course exposes students to various ministry contexts and vocations while beginning their formation of a philosophy and theology of ministry. Emphasis is placed upon the theological, philosophical, and practical viability of current ministry models while identifying unique emphases relevant to particular contexts. Students engage in an assessment of their own personal gifts, personality traits, and ministry calling in
light of exposure to ministry options. Prerequisite: MIN 108 or department permission
