This course offers a sequential presentation of methods and materials available for the prospective music teacher of the spectrum of K-12. Widely accepted approaches and philosophies are discussed, including Dalcrose, Kodaly, Orff-Schuwerk, Yamaha, and Susuki. Students engage in guided observation and practice teaching.
