Physics for Science and Engineering I

Students are introduced to the various areas of physics using basicdifferential and integral calculus. Topics covered include kinematics, Newton's laws, conservation of energy, conservation of momentum, and rotation. Special Fee applies. Meets the General Studies core requirement in Nature. Prerequisites: MATH 161 or equivalent calculus background; high school physics or university-level conceptual physics strongly recommended
