Content focuses on the relevance of human rights and sustainable development to macro-level social work practice in the U.S. and abroad. Topics include influences of poverty, politics, religion, culture, age, gender, and public health conditions on human rights and development-related activities. Secular and Christian perspectives will be explored. Prerequisites: SOCW 525 and SOCW 522
