G.A.T.E. program development and evaluation require an understanding of issues in identification, differentiation, non-traditional aspects of giftedness, law, funding and organization. This course serves as an introduction to G.A.T.E. program development, implementation and evaluation and can be viewed as combining all previous courses in the GT certification program.
