This course emphasizes leadership and management theory including systems theory in a number of applications and settings. It assists the upcoming graduate to adjusting to various organizations encountered by professional nurses serving in a variety of roles. Core concepts relevant to the clinical setting are presented with a systems approach. Prerequisites: UNRS 306, UNRS 310, UNRS 314, UNRS 367, and senior standing in the School of Nursing; corerequisite: UNRS 410 or UNRS 411
