Named for APU’s longstanding outreach program in Mexicali and located next to the 1899 Dining Hall on Cougar Walk, the grill offers Latin American inspired favorites such as carnitas, carne asada or pollo asada tacos and burritos, salads and wraps, and fusion items like Hawaiian Quesadillas and Korean tacos. The homemade salsas and pico de gallo are made daily with fresh ingredients, adding spice and flavor to your favorite meal. Two ordering lines that help expedite service time and increase the quality of your overall experience.
Mexicali Grill also offers delicious breakfast burritos Monday through Friday and a variety of weekly specials to excite your taste buds.
