Diana Dobrenen came to Azusa Pacific University after thirty years of service to the West Covina and Baldwin Park Unified School Districts as an elementary and secondary school principal. Prior to serving as a site administrator, Ms. Dobrenen dedicated years of service as a general and special education teacher, with the opportunity to open the first Resource Specialist Program (RSP) for the State of California. While serving in public education she developed curriculum for technology, health, safety, language arts, science, and mathematics. After retiring from public education, Ms. Dobrenen transitioned to serve as a small business owner for over four years, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Covina Chamber of Commerce.
