Profile
With 35 years in public education, Judith Hetzel’s, Ed.D., goal is to support and teach students who are going into the teaching profession. Her present research project is exploring the personality characteristics of intern teachers to discover patterns or likenesses of successful intern teachers. She is the coordinator of the Intern Grant Program and as such administers the state funds from the San Gabriel Valley Consortium of more than 100 districts that hire APU students as intern teachers.
