Design and Construction Services is responsible for assisting in the planning and design of capital improvement projects and providing deferred maintenance project management and construction management services.
Mission Statement
Design and Construction assists in the planning and design of capital
improvement projects and maintenance projects, and provides construction
management services for those projects at APU on behalf of its Board of
Trustees, president, and administration. The team members acknowledge their
talents, skills, and experience as God-given. They seek to advance the work of
God in the world through an excellence in delivery of projects that meet
design expectations, are on time, on budget, and within scope. The team
members strive to create respectful, long-term relationships with architects
and contractors that honor and glorify God.
