Graduate Center

The Graduate Center is switching to a new software system called PeopleSoft in April. To make this transition, no changes will be allowed in the current system from April 4-14, making a few Graduate Center services unavailable during that time.

The following Graduate Center services will be available during the transition to PeopleSoft:

• Transcript Services (Transcripts will include all coursework posted through April 3)

• Graduate Class Schedule for Spring 2009 Available Online (Class schedule includes changes made through April 3.)

• Cougars' Den- View Only (No changes to student record information, including class registration, will be allowed April 4-14.)

• Graduate Student Account Counselors Available (Counselors will be available to submit paperwork, take service calls and walk-ins, etc.)

• Limited Graduate Cashiering Services (Check and credit card payments accepted. Paper receipts available. Payments will post after April 15.)

The following Graduate Center services will not be available during the transition, but will resume April 15:

• Registration for Classes

• Posting Payments to Student Accounts (Includes financial aid, student loans, scholarships, etc.)

• Issuing refund checks

• Bookstore vouchers

In addition, CashNET Online Payment Services will not be available during the transition, but will resume on April 10, and payments will post on student accounts resuming April 15.
