Grades/Cougars' Den
Grades
Final grades are due from the professors two weeks after the end of each academic term. Immediately following the instructor’s online posting, grades are available on the unofficial transcripts portion of the student Cougars’ Den account. Students may access this information by logging on to Cougars’ Den, and providing a username and password.
Students may access grade information in person at the Graduate Center with valid picture identification. Grades can not be released over the phone.
Cougars’ Den
Access to a Cougars’ Den account requires a username and password, which are assigned by IMT to all new students. Students may activate their account by going to Cougars’ Den. For questions about Cougars’ Den including lost and forgotten passwords, contact the Help Desk at (626) 815-5050.
