Payment
Students can choose to pay for their degree in full or they can choose to pay with the options provided below.
Note: Past balances must be paid before a new term can be started.
Payment in Full
Students make full payment of the tuition and fees 30 days after the course begins.
Scheduled Payment Plans
15-Week Semester Plan
Net balance owed. Registrations will be accepted based on a zero student account balance. The registration fees are due in four equal monthly installments:
Fall September 15, October 15, November 15, December 15
Spring January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15
12-Week Semester Plan
Net balance owed. Registrations will be accepted based on a zero student account balance. The first installment is due at the time of registration (April) followed by three equal monthly installments:
Summer April (at the time of registration), May 15, June 15, July 15
9-Week Session Plan
Net balance owed. Registrations will be accepted based on a zero student account balance. The registration fees are due on the 15th in two equal monthly installments following registration.
5 or 6-Week Term Plan
Net balance owed. Registrations will be accepted based on a zero student account balance. The registration fees are due on the 15th in two equal monthly installments following registration.
Students previously in APU collections for a prior balance wishing to return, must have a zero balance and pay in full for their first returning semester.
Payment with Loans
Federal Stafford Loan Payment Plan
Students who apply for a Federal Stafford Loan should apply early, complete their Offer of Assistance paperwork, and turn it in to the Office of Graduate Student Financial Services prior to registration. Incomplete paperwork may result in return of the unprocessed registration.
Registrations will be accepted based on a zero student account balance.
All charges for the term (i.e., fall, fall 1, and fall 2) must be paid in full before a refund of excess loan funds will be given.
Payment via Company Reimbursement
Company Reimbursement Program
Students whose employers cover the partial or full cost of tuition and fees must:
- Indicate “Company Reimbursement" on his/her registration.
- Submit a letter of student’s specific eligibility each academic year.
- Submit a copy of the company policy indicating conditions for payment each academic year.
- Submit an Invoice Request Form (PDF) with each registration.
Tuition and fees not covered by the company will be due at the time of registration.
