How to Place an Order
Transcripts of Azusa Pacific University coursework are available approximately six weeks after the completion of courses. To order official APU transcripts, please direct your request to the registrar of the last division of the university that you attended (e.g., Undergraduate (One Stop), PES Registrar, or Graduate Registrar).
Official transcripts can be ordered in the following ways:
- Email a completed and hand-signed Request for Official Transcript (PDF) to firstname.lastname@example.org. A credit card number and expiration date are required for all emailed transcript requests.
- Fax a Request for Official Transcript (PDF) to the Graduate and Professional Center Registrar at (626) 815-4545. A credit card number and expiration date are required for all faxed transcript requests. Please note: We do not fax out transcript records.
- Complete a Request for Official Transcript (PDF) in person at the Graduate and Professional Center or at any of APU’s regional centers.

Important: Student accounts with a financial obligation to the university or a loan exit interview hold may delay or prevent the release of transcripts, particularly 2-business day service.
The student is responsible for clearing all account holds before submitting a transcript request. Please view our policies for more information.
Unofficial transcripts are not available to order. Current students may view or print an unofficial transcript from their home.apu.edu account.
