About the Office
The purpose of the Office of Sponsored Research and Grants (OSRG) is to assist faculty members at Azusa Pacific University to move effectively through each stage of the grant application process (Grant Process Flow).
Continuing or new funding requests require the submittal of a Final Proposal Approval Form to be routed through the APU signature approval process, with a minimum of ten working days prior to the grant deadline. All sections of the proposal must be finalized and attached to the form.
Faculty interested in exploring new external or private research funding requests need to complete a Grant Inquiry Form. This form requires signature approval from your dean. Submit the completed form to Abbylin Sellers in the Office of Sponsored Research and Grants, Ronald Building, office 164. We will arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your project and potential funding options. Once appropriate funding sources have been identified, the project director will complete the grant application with OSRG coordinating the submittal process.
