Hospitality Services Presents "Taste of the World 2008"

Hospitality Services presents "A Taste of the World 2008," a full week celebrating international cuisine and culture February 25 - 29, 2008. The Dining Hall on east campus will offer international fare in a festive atmosphere. Alongside ethnic foods served by our own accomplished chefs we will present dishes of various regions. Each day we will feature a different region:

Monday: Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam

Tuesday: Africa: Ethiopia, Kenya, Senegal, Zambia

Wednesday: South Asia: Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar (Burma)

Thursday: Europe: England, Italy, Spain, Portugal

Friday: Oceania: Polynesian Islands: Hawaii, Samoa, and Tonga

Dining hours will be normal and these special activities will take place during lunch only. All normal methods of payment will be accepted at the door.
