About Housing Services

By coming alongside students when they choose campus housing, we hope to make it easy for them to make a successful entry into the residence life campus living communities and find a place that they will call “home” during their time at APU. Our goal is to ensure that students have appropriate housing options available to them. We also work closely with other campus offices to ensure that housing facilities are maintained with excellence in order to provide a safe and comfortable living environment that supports students’ curricular and co-curricular educational experiences.

Research shows that students living in college residence halls:

  • Are more involved in campus events.
  • Interact more frequently with faculty and peers.
  • Are more likely to graduate.
  • Are more satisfied with their college experience.
  • Show greater developmental gains.
  • Demonstrate greater increases in aesthetic, cultural, and intellectual values.

If you are a graduate, international or ALCI graduate, married undergraduate, or other non-traditional student, please visit the Office of Asset Management website to learn about non-campus housing options available to you.
