Alosta Place is a community that offers apartment-style living. It is located in the midst of our campus community between Bowles and University Park. Alosta Place is unique from our other campus living areas because it is a mixed community of individually owned units. APU owns many of the units, but students will live side-by-side with members of the Azusa community as well. Alosta Place also offers a pool and spa as well as a community recreation room.
These apartments feature a kitchen, living room, and one or two bedrooms. There are both two-bedroom/one-bathroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom options. Interior amenities include central heat and air conditioning, a full-size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Each student also receives a bed, desk, dresser, and chair. Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their own utilities.
