Move-in/Check-in
When do I move in and how do I get my keys?
All students assigned to campus housing will be sent an official letter of assignment with specific instructions on checking in.
Check-in for fall is typically the first weekend of September, and for spring, the first weekend in January.
Students who sign up for the 12-month option in Crestview will typically move in to their apartments the first weekend in May.
Check-in Procedure
- Go to the Office of Housing Services Check-in station or window.
- Verify and sign the RCI (Room Condition Inventory form) and return within seven days.
- Pay your housing deposit or any outstanding charges (if not done already). You will not be allowed to check-in without a deposit on file.
- Sign a housing key card and pick up your key(s).
- Begin moving into your room/apartment.
- Assess prior damages to your unit and return the RCI within seven days.
Please notify the Office of Housing Services if you will be arriving later than one week after check-in. If you are required to come to campus early for athletics, music, drama, or other on-campus activities, please contact that department for more information.
