Housing Sign-Ups for Returning Students

What it's all about?

Housing sign-ups for returning students is the process by which current APU undergraduate students reserve campus housing for the following year.

Who can participate?

Any returning undergraduate student may participate in housing sign-ups. Undergraduate students who are studying in eligible off-campus programs are also able to participate. For information about non-campus housing for undergraduate married students, graduate students, or international/ALCI graduate students, please contact the Office of Asset Management at (626) 815-4595.

How do I sign up?

It’s as easy as 1..2..3!

  1. Assemble your roommate group. Complete groups get priority in the process.
  2. Hand in your Sign-Ups Information Card (available in your printed Guide to Campus Housing) and pick up your appointment tickets March 24–April 15 in Smith Hall Lounge.
  3. Show up at your group’s earliest appointment time and choose your apartment. Bring your entire group and be ready to sign your contracts.
